We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase from 7 More Sleeps. Every box and product is created with care to bring a little extra magic to special occasions, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite go as planned.
Changed your mind?
If you’d like to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel at support@7moresleeps.co.uk. Please include your name, order number, and address in this email. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of letting us know you wish to return them.
Unless your item arrives faulty or damaged, the return postage cost is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service so that your parcel reaches us safely.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at support@7moresleeps.co.uk with your order number and a brief description (and photos if possible). We’ll resolve the issue quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund, including your return postage cost if applicable.
Returns address
We will provide you with an address to return your parcel to in our response email to you.
